I had to re-read that headline 3 times this morning. It was the UK News page from The Times’ website. Obviously I hadn’t gotten round to my first cup of coffee… and it confused my brain for a while. RSS Feeds rule though. I’m very sad and have a whole page of news feeds for my top 12 news sites. Things like that excite me. The rss feeds that is; rather than misreading headlines.
Ipod in Iraq

Anyone else catch the story about the soldier in Iraq whose iPod saved his life? Supposedly an AK-47’s bullet tore through the soldier’s handy dandy iPod jacket pocket, where Apple’s little portable media player stopped the bullet from going through all the way. Anywho, the story held my interest for a little while mainly because of the picture.
But wouldn’t he have also have been wearing a bullet proof vest?

Thursday, February 8th, 2007London’s a little quieter than usual having been muffled by a thin layer of snow. It really look’s rather pretty outside. I’m sure most people are so pleased to see the snow. I’m lucky in that I get to spend the day at home doing PC stuff; enjoying the random weather from the comfort of my flat.
In amongst working I managed to find yet another picture of me on the internet; being used without permission. Well… quite obviously being used without permission. Him having cropped the copyright mark off the image and claiming that he took it. I find one of these at least every other week now… without even looking for them. Butchy the Belgian photographer was recieving a lot of praise from his peers for taking such a wonderful photo. Only the person who took this picture was neither Belgian; nor male. It was taken by the very lovely Dee in my old flat. Of course the photo’s gone from his mini-site now; It’s very frustrating; but a little amusing at the same time; getting to post up “hey that’s my bum. and you didn’t take that picture”! :)

Tuesday, December 27th, 2005It’s been SNOWING on and off all day – the excitement hasn’t quite worn off. There’s about an inch or so of snow on the ground and outside is sooo quiet. I love snow. I especially love the kind of downfall of snow that disrupts everything… although it’s not that kind of snow this time around.
I hope you had a good Christmas! My Christmas pretty much consisted entriely of the sequence… eat; drink; watch another musical… It has been fun seeing family – I got to see my cousin’s daughter for the first time and she’s 2 now and I had many (clothed) victims to practice taking pictures on!

It’s so nice to see a whole review that really seems to *get* my site and reviews it without the underlying cynicism that so many of the review sites seem to have now. So many of ‘em seem to be afraid to acknowledge what I consider to be lots of the *good bits* of my site in case I turn out to be a Czech girl who can’t speak a word of English and it’s really some programmer guy that’s writing all this text – that all the content was shot in one week – and they’ve been made a fool of kinda thing. But I’m blathering… the point is that I got a kick ass review and I’m really pleased. Yay! :)
Well, I’m off for a night of cocktail drinking with friends before heading back to London via Ikea tomorrow… just think of all the new Ikea inspired pron that I can do with a trolly or two full of new stuff… if only they’d let me go shoot in their showrooms! Now that would be fun!Â
How many people are in the Crazy 88?

Admitedly, this probably isn’t of interest to you but it’s a Tuesday evening in… Tuesday TV is super dull and me and my two flatmates are sitting here having a Tarantino movie Marathon beginning with “Kill Bill”. So the question comes up.. “I wonder how many people are in the Crazy 88 and how many of them Beatrix actually kills?”
Yes… we are that bored..!
Well, I’m still googling for the answer and have yet to find it. But i’ve found a few things along the way. There’s the crazy 88 game as well as some Dutch dude’s very own, homemade, Pussy Wagon for sale on Ebay!
But, my favourite has to be the Crazy 88 dolls! Well, I say dolls, they are very much Action Figures.

I found this site a few days ago. At first I was expecting it to be a site full of girls experimenting with cucumbers; marrows; etc.
Then I thought the site was a total spoof. But it’s not. It’s “alternative erotica and sex-positive culture for herbivores and those who love them. “
Hmmm…… I’ve been somewhat bemused by this site and have clicked back numerous times since Thursday. I have no idea why it’s held my interest.
Perhaps because one of the models looks shockingly like an ex girlfriend’s dad .
Pehaps because things that the sell in their store like vegan friendly condoms were a problem that I’d never considered… *and* they’re imported from Australia. How very!
But I think the thing that primarilly held my interest was the super infantile attraction of modelling for them and claiming to be a veggie when I’m not. *hangs head in shame* I’m just a bad person…
Well… I didn’t go ahead and apply in the end… maybe I’ll do an “in the style of” for my site. I have an acoustic guitar and Fruity-Os as well. So there Vegporn.com :P
